I was really nervous for some reason about riding this for the first time but I'm definitely getting used to it! It arrived within a few days, was easy to put together but there was a missing piece. I called the customer service team, they were SO nice and sent me a replacement part the next day.
Very sleek but also rugged enough to take off-road. Easy to charge, rides smooth and comfortable to ride even when you aren’t using the battery-assisted function. You can adjust the level of assistance between three settings. It is very powerful and pretty light weight compared to other e-bikes. I can easily load it in and out of my truck with no issues.The front suspension and disc breaks are also nice touches. I literally take this bike everywhere; road, dirt trails, mountains, anywhere. It makes riding so much fun. Would buy again and highly recommend.
